Maulskull & Aklock - Death by Thr33s: Vol. 3 (2011)

This blog is dead btw. I'm deep in the process of creating a website where I can start hosting stuff. It's just taking longer than usual. Anyways, here's a teaser release for it. Just as it was previously available on Bandcamp, here's a random lost EP.  From late 2011 to early 2012, rapper and producer Maulskull released as series of EPs with various friends and contemporaries titled Death by Thr33s. Each EP had a total of three tracks and showcased each artist' capability over Maulskull's beats. In the mid-2010s, amid changes to Maulskull and his group, Black Mask's Bandcamp, each EP in the series was taken down. This is volume three, made with fellow Black Mask member, Aklock. The 2nd track also features Maulskull providing a verse on the track.  https://archive.org/details/death-by-thr33s-vol-3

Yung Death - Chronicles of the Death Mane (2016)

Yung Death (once known as Atoms and currently known as Deathplus) is a rapper from Michigan. He's most known for his EP with Lil Peep and being a member of Schemaposse while it was alive (though apparently it's still around???). Around 2018 in-between growling popularity, allegations and a desire to change his style, Yung Death deleted all of his work from his start to 2018 and wiped all of his social medias.  His new style focused more on the emo rap sound while his earlier work fit more within the phonk and Memphis revival movements. This specific tape is a combination of emo rap and Memphis revival with more phonk tracks than depressive.  Imo, it's okay.  https://archive.org/details/yung-death-chronicles-death-mane

Quiz 10 - Fist Hit Air (2008)

Quiz 10 (currently known as Dungeon Loud and previously as K. Clifton) is a rapper and spoken word artist from Spokane, Washington. This is one of his earliest albums. Unfortunately, Quiz has been deleting accounts and making it extremely hard to track down his music for decades now. It's unclear if this is his first debut album or just the first one released under the Bad Penmanship and Rarefied Heir collectives.  Regardless, it's unclear where this was even distributed. Bad Penmanship doesn't exist anymore beyond a few dead Facebook pages and Rarefied Heir is completely gone (aside from an inactive Flickr account). As of 2025 Quiz only has a single YouTube channel that hasn't been updated in a decade.  This album is alright but Quiz has made much better music.  https://archive.org/details/quiz-10-fist-hit-air

Defeatistchan - Self-Titled (2020)

Defeatistchan was a hard EDM and breakcore producer active in Auckland, New Zealand. Due to her Bandcamp and social media accounts all down it's hard to say where this album is in her discography.  In mid-2020 she passed away. I don't know the details but she is survived by several fans who took it upon themselves to make this album readily available.  Sometime prior to her death, Defeatistchan pulled all of his music off Bandcamp and whatnot. With no labels backing her music all surviving copies have been distributed freely. This upload is to help make additional copies of this album available.  https://archive.org/details/defeatistchan-defeatistchan

Home - Word (2013)

Home is a member of the rap group Papervehicle and singer/songwriter/rapper from California. His style combines rapping and folksy instrumentation and singing. This album was originally released on the now-defunct Decorative Stamp label. Though short it's decent with Home showcasing an often unknown style of hip hop that he and his contemporaries pioneered.  With Decorative Stamp purging all of their older releases (to the point where they don't even have public information about what they released in the past. And while Home has an active Bandcamp page he has no made any attempts to re-issue this album.  This particular rip was done by DiTF.  https://archive.org/details/10-home-hauling-the-nameless-value

The Holy Roman Empire - Self-Titled (2015)

I don't have much to say, if anything about this. This album was trash. Only including it here for archival purposes.  This album was previously distributed on Bandcamp until the artist deleted the page and vanished from the internet. It's a singer/songwriter project with some vague hip hop influences. https://archive.org/details/holy-roman-empire-st

Knowself - Mind Controlled, Automaton Conformist, Ego Enslaved, Manipulated Materialistic Robot, Indoctrinated Pawn Fool World (2010)

Knowself is a Canadian emcee known for his extremely political and occasionally conspiratorial bars. He has a speedy and incredibly dense flow leading to his bars sounding like water shooting out of a fire hydrant, the listener trying to graps everything firing out.  Lyrics revolve around blunt political statements and incredibly ironic and occasional humourous lyrics. This can even be found in the track title with two songs being called 'Cyber Sludge, Mechanized Slaves, Social Engineering, Weather Modification and High Frequency' and 'Critical Like Alfred Korzybski' and another song called 'Cee!!!!!!! Takes a Long and Painful Crap'. This album in particular has some of Knowself's fasted rhymes. This album was previously distributed via CDBaby and became lost media when CDBaby shut its service down. Knowself has not been active since the mid-2010s so any chance of re-issuing this is slim to none. This was recorded back in 1999 but never saw release until 201...
