I'm planning on a bigger better writeup for that scene but for now I'll write this. Killingtheoldman is a forgotten industrial rock project, led by one person. It was active in the late 90s, probably vanished in them mp3.com purge and is a member of the lost-media-heavy Christian Industrial scene.   This record is their second record, released in 2000. Currently, it is the only record of this group not lost.  I listened to it and while Industrial rock isn't really my thing it was still enjoyable. With a cavalcade of albums across different aliases, the founder one of the largest vaporwave labels in history (DMT Tapes FL with over 1K releases out) to becoming one of the most accomplished and in my opinion one of the greatest vaporwave artists of all time. Before he had an epiphany and entered the vaporwave movement he was an electronic musician who blended slowcore, hypnagogic pop, the blogspot scene and more into these emotive and depressive releases.
